Department Update 7/31/2020:
After suspending the March 18 Design Review Board and the March 23 Planning and Environmental Commission meetings, the Town has moved forward with virtual meetings for the Design Review Board and the Planning and Environmental Commission. All board members, presenters and staff will be attending virtually as the municipal building is closed to all public meetings.
Community Development would like to let everyone know that we are actively processing applications, performing plan review and issuing approved permits, as well as performing inspections Monday – Friday. Staff members continue to work remotely to ensure that projects are not negatively impacted.
In-person appointments can be scheduled by contacting Shelley Bellm at sbellm@vailgov.com or 970-479-2325. Appointments will be scheduled Monday-Thursday 9AM - 4PM and Friday 9AM - 1PM.
Credit Card payments can be accepted over the phone and inspections can be requested by emailing inspections@vailgov.com.
