An inspiring panel of Vail leaders will join moderator Alison Wadey, executive director of the Vail Chamber & Business Association, for a discussion on work and life experiences during the second installment of the PrimaVail Leadership Forum on Thursday, Jan. 30. The forum takes place from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Grand View on the third level of the Lionshead Welcome Center and is free to anyone working or doing business in Vail. Parking is free after 3 p.m. and refreshments will be provided.
Joining the panel will be Dwight Henninger, Vail police chief; Jeff Kennedy, co-founder of Moe’s Original BBQ; Rebecca McDonnell, director of the product sales and services team at Vail Mountain; and Molly Morales, property manager for Vail Health and a member of the Vail Local Housing Authority.
During the informal session, the panelists will share their leadership journeys and lessons learned. They’ll also entertain questions from the audience. "This is a great opportunity for employees to meet community leaders who were once just like them,” said Wadey. “We’ll be asking what brought them to Vail, what made them stay and what advice they have."
The Leadership Forum is a component of the multi-dimensional PrimaVail program, produced by the Town of Vail in cooperation with Vail Mountain and the Vail Chamber & Business Association, which aims to provide a seamless guest experience from transportation, to village shopping, to mountain-top.
