Virtual Open House for West Vail Master Plan Runs through Sept. 11
The Town of Vail is hosting a “Virtual Open House” for the West Vail Master Plan. Due to COVID conditions, the Open House will be entirely virtual, found at EngageVail.com. The purpose of this Open House is to hear from the public on a vision for West Vail and understand desired conditions for housing, businesses, land use and design, and transportation facilities. The virtual open house will be open for feedback through Friday, Sept. 11.

Following a two-month pilot program, advisory bike lanes are here to stay along Vail Valley Drive from the Ford Park Soccer Field lot to Sunburst Drive – at least for another season. Vail Kicks off Electric Bike Share Pilot Program

The Town of Vail is partnering with Bewegen Technologies to launch Bewegen Vail, an electric bike share pilot program this summer from July 1 through Sept. 9. The pilot program is geared to local Vail residents to offer an alternative to driving their vehicles or taking the bus to commute to work or social engagements and while running errands. It is a great way to get fresh air and exercise while practicing social distance.
