Police Annual Report Available

The Vail Police Department’s 2009 Annual Report is now available on line. The report includes an overview of crime statistics which showed a decrease in overall crimes reported to the department compared to 2008, while the seriousness of crimes increased in 2009 with a shooting in West Vail. The report also highlights the department’s community engagement, enforcement and partnership efforts as well as goals and strategies for the future.
