The Vail Police Department had a total of 3 arrests and issued 4 summonses into municipal court during the night time activities. Charges ranged from minor in possession of alcohol and false identification to driving under the influence of alcohol and an outstanding warrant. In addition to the enforcement actions, the department also placed 2 people into protective custody for excessive alcohol consumption.
